About Amy
Hi! My name is Amy Crouch. I am originally from McMinnville, TN where I graduated from Warren County High School. I came to Cookeville to attend Tennessee Technological University. While attending TTU, I played basketball for the Golden Eaglettes. I graduated from the University in 1994 with a degree in Sociology/Criminal Justice. After graduating, I accepted a job as a criminal investigator at Warren County Sheriff?s Dept. and went on to graduated from the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy. I later went to work for Murfreesboro Police Department as a Field Training Officer. I was a police officer for 6.5 years and decided to obtain my real estate license in 2000 when my husband, Chad and I were married. We have been a real estate team now for 10 years. In 2006, Crystal Odom was added to our team and I must say is a great asset.
We then became a husband wife real estate team for First Realty Company. I moved back to Cookeville to the town I dearly love. Working together as a team allows us to accomplish our goals at a higher degree.
In August 2003, our lives changed for the absolute better when our daughter Brooklyn Taylor was born. Then, August of 2009, our twin girls, Callie and Cassie, were born. We now have three girls and our lives could not be more blessed.
I am an active member of the Upper Cumberland Association of Realtors (local), the Tennessee Association of Realtors (state) and The National Association of Realtors (national). In 2006-2009, I was awarded the Lifetime Award of Excellence?. You achieve this goal once you have received the Award of Excellence. 5 years in a row (the million dollar club). It is an honor to be able to be part of the Lifetime Team. In September 2006, I obtained my GRI, Graduate of Realtor's Institute.
My goal is to help you achieve your dream home. Whether it is selling your home or trying to find the one you always been looking for, we want to make your process easier. You should be able to focus on the minor things and let us worry with the fine details.
One thing I love about Real Estate, I have the ability to make a difference. It's very rewarding to see 1st time homebuyers walk in their new home with huge smiles on their faces.
