Hi, my name is Chad Crouch. I have been living in Cookeville for
approximately 15 years. I graduated from Pickett County High School and
came to Cookeville to attend Tennessee Technological University. I played basketball for the TTU Golden Eagles and graduated in 1997.
After graduation, I started buying and selling Real Estate and managing rental
properties in the Cookeville area. I obtained my Real Estate license in 1999 and have been working for First Realty since that time.
In October of 2000, I married my wife, Amy. We reside in Cookeville and in August 2003 we had a daughter, Brooklyn Taylor Crouch.
She is the apple of her daddy's eye!
My hobbies include playing golf, basketball and most of all spending time with my precious daughter and wife.
I am an active member of the
Upper Cumberland Association of Realtors (local),
Tennessee Association of Realtors (state) and
The National Association of Realtors (national).
We adhere to a strict code of ethics and education requirements that must
be met to keep our Realtor licenses current. More than the minimum required
hours, I like to attend extra courses that help train in several
areas that help us help our clients. Staying on top of the laws through the
education required gives us the edge over someone that might not know the changes.
I received the "Award of Excellence" 5 years in a row from our local association
and for the year of 2005
I received "Lifetime of Excellence Award"
I became a member of the million dollar club my first year in Real Estate by closing $2.2M in sales. This exceeded the goal I had set for myself.
In 2004 our team closed $ 13.8 M in sales and had an almost as
good year in 2005 with $10M in sales.
I enjoy working in Real Estate because I like meeting new people. I realize that buying and selling a home is a major decision in a person's life. I like being involved in helping people make important decisions. Amy and I have been working together at First Realty Company as a husband and wife team since 2000. Paula Dyer joined our team in August of 2003, and now we are a 3 person team.
Amy and I own and manage several rental properties and work very well together. We both love what we do. With all of us being full time licensed agents, one of us is always available to assist you. We work extra hard to accomplish our main goal. That goal is to help you sell or find your home.

Hi! my name is Amy Taylor Crouch. I am originally from McMinnville, Tn.
I graduated from Pickett County High School and came to Cookeville to go to Tennessee Technological University. While attending TTU, I played basketball for the TTU Golden Eaglettes. I graduated from TTU in 1994 and went on to attend Tennessee State Law Enforcement Training Academy. I worked as a police officer for six years. During that time, I was a criminal investigator and a field training officer.
I decided to obtain my Real Estate license in 1999 and joined the profession shortly
after that.
My husband, Chad and I got married in October of 2000. I moved from Murfreesboro and joined
First Realty, Co. with Chad.
Getting married brought me back to the area that I dearly love.
We are now a husband and wife Real Estate team. This allows us to work closely together.
Adding Paula Dyer to our team has been a wonderful addition.
In August 2003 Chad and I became the proud parents of our daughter,
Brooklyn Taylor Crouch.
She is such an important part of our lives and a true blessing from God.
I am an active member of the
Upper Cumberland Association of Realtors (local)
Tennessee Association of Realtors (state)
National Association of Realtors (national).
I am also a charter member of the Upper Cumberland Chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors.
I have been a member of the million dollar club since 2001.
I received the "Award of Excellence" for 4 years in a row and
for 2005 I received the "Lifetime of Excellence" award.
Real Estate is somewhat like law enforcement in that it allows me to meet many people and make a difference in their lives. Helping people sell their homes and assisting them in finding a new one is truly rewarding.

Hello, I am Paula Dyer. I am the third player on The Crouch Team.
I am a lifelong resident of Cookeville and I couldn't even think of living
anywhere else. This is why selling Real Estate here is so much fun.
I love bringing people into this area and showing them all
the great things about it. I also love working with folks like me
who have been here a long time or all there lives.
I received my Real Estate license in January 2003 and started working
with First Realty. Being a part of the First Realty family has been
so wonderful and uplifting but then to actually have been picked by
Chad and Amy Crouch to be a part of their team has been a true blessing.
I feel so lucky to be a part of this team. Chad, Amy and I share a lot of the same great work and moral ethics and practices which makes us a great fit with each other. We have been together since August of 2003.
I am a member of the
Upper Cumberland Association of Realtors (local)
Tennessee Association of Realtors (state)
National Association of Realtors (national)
I am also a member of the Million Dollar Club for
2004 and 2005
I have received the Award of Excellence for 2004 and 2005
I am looking forward to many more productive and rewarding years.
To know me, you have to know that the love of my life is my son
Tyler. He is 15 years old, attends Cookeville High School
and is the most wonderful son
a mom could ever dream of. He is a great friend and
huge Mom fan! Go Tyler!
Please feel free to call on me anytime. I love working with buyers and would love to help you find the home of your dreams!
Let us take care of the details and you worry about where the
furniture is going to go!
